Pacific Shamrock stands by the products that we make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the order. How are these products made?
All of Pacific Shamrock’s products are 3D printed using high quality filament materials including PETG and PLA. These materials are food grade plastics so safe to use for intermediate contact such as ice cube contact from the ice dispenser. The 3D printing technology uses high precision 3D printers. However, with all 3D printed products, there can be print artifacts on the part. For any visible surface, we ensure the product will be visibly pleasing. In some instances, light sanding is used and then finished with a lacquer coating to even and protect the surface. For the non-visible parts of any given product, there could be more rough surfaces particularly if the part required supports to be used for the 3D printing process.

Drip Tray Magnetic Attachment
The refrigerator shelfs are made of plastic. Therefore, in order for the magnets in the tray to attach to the refrigerator shelf, you must apply the provided metal adhesive discs to provide the magnets something metal to attach to. Please see the Instructions for Use to apply the metal discs.
